Greg Moore is the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Oovvuu. After working in video journalism he transitioned into managing and curating video content for Time Out Sydney, before joining Fairfax Media and creating their first of a kind video portal, smh.tv. Throughout this journey, Greg became an expert in video player and advertising technology as well as in distilling numerous analytics sources into business reporting able to predict and drive user engagement and revenue.
Oovvuu’s mission is to embed a contextually-relevant video in every article in the world, tell trusted news to a billion people, and repatriate $20 billion from Facebook and Google back to the publishers and broadcasters who report the world around us. To achieve this, Oovvuu works with the world's most trusted broadcasters to put their video in the cloud. Oovvuu then reads publisher's articles and matches them in seconds using their internally developed AI, underpinned by IBM's Watson. Journalists can then embed these videos in their articles, in one click, without ever leaving their CMS. Oovvuu has been recognized for their unique offering with funding from AWS, and will be working with Intel on a groundbreaking brand safety initiative.
